Both National Care Dental (MetLife Dental Network) and Ameritas have some of the largest networks of dental providers available. In addition, National Care Dental has partnered with VSP to offer a great vision plan, and Ameritas has partnered with EyeMed. Both offer access to many standard eyeglass providers. You can purchase a dental plan, vision plan, or both with either carrier.

The dental plans offer:

  • No Waiting Periods!
  • Up to $10,000 Annual Maximum
  • Include 3 cleanings/year (depending on the plan)
  • Implant coverage (depending on the plan)
